If you burn hydrogen it makes water.

2H2 +O2---> 2H2O

It is the reaction that happened on the Hindenberg. It explodes.

First, on a technical note, water should be written as H-O-H or H2O. The order it's written in when you write HHO indicates the connectivity of the molecules, and HHO doesn't exist.
Boiling water turns it into a gas (same thing with evaporation).

HHO = H20 = water

Water in the gas state is steam.
To make HHO gas, simply boil water.

The way to get HHO gas is very complex... First you take a pot of water, then you put it on the stove, then you turn on the stove to heat the water, the water will boil... and then you have H2O gas... also known as steam.
