an employee who works for their family is very behind on child support payments the sister is the payroll clerk and does not withhold child support even with the order in place. In the state of Texas is there any action that can be taken against the company?

A contempt motion can be filed with the court. Contact the Court as well as the presiding Judge's office.

Yes, there is plenty of action that can be taken against the company, both civil and criminal. I suggest you start by reporting this to the police. Also, you should see an attorney about this ASAP.
