He's not, because he can also look in the mirror and see his aunt Lady Sarah Spencer McQuordale, or his uncle Earl Spencer,or grandfather the late Earl Edward John Spencer...

They all bear a resemblance to each other.But genetics is a determining factor here and not appearance. Just because a man,known as the "Love Rat" and "The Cad" makes silly statements,all in the name of money,and coincidentally after Diana died,when she couldn't speak up for her son,doesn't mean that they are true.The Queen has turned down Harry's offer to take a DNA test because she herself knows what it's like to have paternity questioned;her son, Andrew, also had to suffer the same ill-thought rumor-that his father was not Prince Philip.The royal family and Palace courtiers all consider Harry Charles' son;he is a Windsor,and that is that.

Yep, the previous answerer is correct. Even if Hewitt were Harry's father, we would never know as this is something that would never be revealed to the public. Or even Harry if it were true.
