Women who do not shy away from conflict. A woman who can control her emotions when control is what is called for. A woman who is able to be successful without loosing her femininity.
I remember a woman I used to work for. She was rather attractive about 30ish. She was bright and tough but she always wore one item of clothing that was sexy. If she wore a conservative business suit, the skirt would have a slit up the side for instance or she would wear a lacy, sheer looking thing under the jacket.
It was very disarming for the men she dealt with and gave her a powerful advantage. She understood the power of a woman and she understood the weakness of men. It made her a strong team member and an awsome foe.

A mature woman and not just about the age of the woman trust me some older women my age 40'ish act like kids and some 20'ish act very sophisticated and serious.
