Scorpio rising means Leo in the Midhaven. Both of these are signs of selfisness and arrogance on the bad side. On the good side they are signs of precision and group leadership. Beyond this other aspects come into play.

No it does not make you evil! Some days you may feel a little mean and other days your nice. Basically with scorpio there is a fight between light and dark thoughts within the subconscious. I bet you have very pretty and intense eyes. This makes you mysteriously attractive-what's bad about that? You will also be inclined to like the taboo sides of life. It's all good but some people better be careful of making you mad. This rising sign will make you a strong person and one not to be messed with. Your feelings are right on it with scorpio. Some days will be challenging for you as you will feel like nobody better mess with me or i'll ......... Just be careful to watch out for impulsive acts of anger. Rising has more to do with outward appearance, from what I understand, but maybe it has a tiny effect in this area.
I really like roy nicolas analogy about Scorpios and digging. This is so true. I am Scorpio Sun, Rising, Mercury and Neptune. I dig into everything like crazy, which is especially befitting to Scorpio in Mercury and Neptune.

Yes the scorpios are fond of juicy massacres mwahahaha! That's why they play computer games mwhahahaha!
That aside... a scorpio basically wants to explore some limits and change them. He digs in life like a worm in a garden. He can act against the will of other individuals and force them to surrender to his will.
Third the Scorpio sign stands for natural selection and of course sex (one doesn't exist without the other). It suits best the missionaries and the like.
