This bill needed to be blocked. The only ones who should be upset are the ones who wanted to pander to supporters of illegal activities. Everyone else should be glad that amnesty was defeated. Simply sweeping a problem under the rug by making it suddenly legal does not make it go away.

But, I don't know the % of reps that as a rule use them for work . . . I wouldn't suppose it would be high.

I would say America's economy because immigrants are the backbone of the US's economy whether you want to admit it or not. I just want to see what would happen if all those million-something immigrants were sent back home.
