For example I'm a philisophical skeptic in the sense that I don't believe in any perfect truth or knowledge but that doesn't stop me from trying to learn things and seeking truth.

We humans have to live with many paradoxes (paradoxi?) if we acknowledge them or not. What's yours?

Trust me, there are philosophers out there that do believe in perfect truths (objectivists) - I know because I grew up with one.

Its interesting that you would say that you are a philosophic skeptic who doesn't believe in perfect answers.... IMO i think philosophers are people who question and search for answers, but not to seek absolute proof. They are eager for knowledge.

Mine is an obsession with the unknown. I have a curious nature and constantly learn, but i try to find many things i don't already and like its suspicious nature (but then want the answers).

I can only truly come to some understanding of who I am, by understanding what I am not! Consciousness is an act of negation. (Borrowing heavily from Satre), It is precisely in the act of saying "No" to all attempts to make me into a being-in-itself that I create myself as a being-for-itself.
