The droll of the TV in the back ground and/or absolute silence. I can fall asleep in 30 seconds so just about anything works!!

Frogs and crickets. My grandparents have a 5 acre property in Hood River Oregon and it's the most calming place in the world. Go to sleep to the sounds of frogs and crickets and wake up to the sound of birds.

the sound of silence will have me knocked out in as little as 4 minutes

but if my kids are crying.....it'll take about 10-15 mins
