It went out all of a sudden it was working fine one minute and then not at all the next. When I push the pedal down it doesn't seem to engage the clutch at all. Any ideas as to what could be the problem would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like your pressure plate is broken or your shifter rod came undone. Have someone crawl underneath and when you push the clutch pedal see if the arm going into the bell housing moves

Generally speaking, when clutches act up it is the mechanical end of it meaning the disc and pressure plate have a problem. These are hydraulic clutch controls that connect to the pedal, so it is always a good idea to make sure the hydraulic stuff is working before ripping it all apart. You will have to inspect for fluid level under the hood in the clutch master cylinder that is close to the brake cylinder. If that is full of close to it, inpsect for leaks or anything broken underneath by the slave cylinder and the line going down. If all looks good, remove the slave cylinder and see if it works by holding hard against it while someone gives the pedal a little push. If all this is good, you will have to do a tear down to see what happened inside. Good luck.

Theres a bleeder valve screw located somewhere on the tranny, Fix it just like you would brake pads. Loosen the bleeder valve, have someone press in the clutch while your doing this and hold the clutch all the way down. Tighten the bleeder screw, then push up and down on the clutch pedal a few times, THEN PUSH IT TO THE FLOOR. then repeat the process of bleeding the clutch, unscrew the bleeder screw again, some brake fluid will run out, but you wanna get rid of any and all air that might be trapped in the line. Push the clutch all the way in again, and hold it to the floor. Tighten the screw. RepeAt UNTILL YOU BUILD ENOUGH PRESSURE.

It is a hydraulic clutch. It is very similar to your power brakes. There is a small "master cylinder" mounted on the firewall. You need to check the fluid level to verify there is fluid in the reservoir. There is a small line that runs from this cylinder down to the bell housing. When you depress (we say Mash down South) it engages the forks that engage the throwout bushing that makes the pressure plate move backwards.
This may not be the problem at all, but it is worth checking.

good chance clutch master cyl,and slave cylinder it is hydraulic
