Benny and Joone
I thought he reached a peak in that movie as a character actor and film devotee.
I also liked Ed Woods because in that movie you completely forgot he was Johnny Depp. He became Ed Woods which is difficult to do.

I liked him best, before he broke out into the movies. On 21 Jump Street. He was so cute!
Movie: The Secret Window. He is an awesome actor. What ever role he plays he is totally believable in!

I know why u put not to the potc movies or everyone would pick it even me.
Mine after that is Edward Scissor hands and Finding Neverland. Its the only one Ive seen really. Apart from the potc movies!

From Hell,dropdead sexy in that one.Sleepy Hollow,I agree goofy but still intriging.Secret Window,I hated his hair but man was he creepy in the ending,great in all three movies.I can barely remember Edward Scissorhands but I remember how moving and sad it was to me.I hated the movie,What's eating Gilbert Grape,but he was still worth watching in that one.Has this distinctive appeal,that even in a movie I don't like,I still find him appealing.From Hell is my favorite though,the ending still makes me cry,yet fitting.But he wasn't a serial killer in that one,he was a killer in Secret window.

donnie brasco and cry baby are my favorite johhnny depp movies.
he gets so into character its unreal. i totally believed he played his part well in donnie brasco. so well that even if i didnt already know it was based on a true story i wouldve thought it was just because of how he played it so well. it didnt hurt that al pacino was in it either.
in cry baby-his character is like that of elvis presley so whats not to love about that?

From Hell......Johnny Depp was not only damn sexy as a serial killer....he also played the role really well
