It depends on who he uses to send the e mail from (ISP provider). If you know that then you can contact the company and let them know the users name and monitor their email behavior which could lead to cancellation...even possible charges filed depending on the nature of the content.

just avoid him. i like to talk to the ladys and if you concider that stalking. i never say anything dirty or disgusting and if i send an email and get no reply i drop it. there are to many nice friendly ladys here to try to get one to talk to you that don't want to. again, just avoid him

i would suggest just keep ignoring him and make your contacts and questions and answers private...
