We could dummy down their overall society with tacos and burritos scattered like leaflets to tempt them into a high fat diet (courtesy of added preservatives inserted to maximized their findings and tasteful consumption). Having a foreign nation realize its shortcomings would result in a public upheaval whereupon our submarines could launch a limited ICBM strike to illiminate it and the illegal aliens as a threat.

Um... Chuck Norris? This is an odd question. We don't really turn to anyone in times of crisis. I believe they have services that take care of these things, or at least try, or at least those that are still in the country.

I suppose the government/military. but since they tend to not be on top of things- to say the least- I hope someone will intervine. and most of our soldiers are gone, so I think we'd be in hot water
