You can only use a special with a stored special or full momentum meter, so you can't make a special a normal move.. sorry and there are no "cheats" for sd vs raw '07, I tired every site I know (many) but you can unlock everything with season, gm and challenge modes. some things auto unlock like the belts, but you have to work for that as unlocking things, and to unlock them use the answer above me.
