I'm a forgiving person. If I expect God to forgive me, I must forgive others too. Holding a grudge is like drinking poison and waiting for the other person to die.

Well I am usually a really forgiving person. Because if you hold a grudge it kind of eats away at you. I like to forgive and forget. Because that is what Christ would do and I want to strive to be more like him.

Forgiving.
Among the good things to do before we go to bed is forgive others mistakes that they have done to us on that particular day. For the first time, maybe it's a bit quite hard but later on you'll find it easy. Forgiving others mistakes on us instead of holding a grudge is a noble.

I forgive -- I never hold grudges. It is not good for one to keep bad feelings inside. They just fester and can ruin your life. Even small grudges are not good for the soul.
We are to be like Christ and he is all forgiving. So we need to be forgiving as well..

Of course I hold resentment.....who doesn't? Can one forget a hurt? If one can wipe a hurt out, he has gone to a new plane of life. I could learn from him or her. What is important is being aware that holding a grudge is a weight that we carry by ourselves and the person against whom we hold the grudge is not worried. So who gets hurt ultimately? Better to get on with life and let a grudge drop by the roadside..............
Cheers.

I am one of the most forgiving people you'll ever meet. It just wears you down when you hold a grudge and eats away at you like a cancer........

First of all I believe you should always be slow to anger and to try to be happy as much as possible and keep a good sense of humor. I believe that anytime you hold a grudge that you are only hurting yourself and not the one you are directing it at. You should always be slow to anger, and quick to forgive is a good motto to live by.

Depends on the person and how much they hurt me. If they hurt me more than once I most likely will hold a grudge.
