My boyfriend swears that my cat is a lesbian. If this is possible, I really have no problem with it. I even think it'd be kind of cool. I'm just wondering what other people think about it.
And please, if you're going to give the "BEING GAY IS UNNATURAL AND DISGUSTING AND AGANIST GOD'S WILL" speech, just go away. I don't want to hear it. I may not be gay, but I don't want to hear people say what God does or does not want. And plus, it's terribly disrespectful of those that are gay. And yes, they DO deserve respect.
Anyway... back to the point... anyone think animals can be gay? Anyone at all? Besides my boyfriend.

I don't think that animals can delineate between being gay or not gay. I've seen female dogs trying to mate with other female dogs, male dogs trying to mate with peoples legs.
We all have the desire to mate and procreate. It is a biological necessity for continuation of the species. Sometimes it takes different forms. Denied access to a viable partner mating can take on different forms.

My dogs do "gay" love all of the time. Animals are not gay they just don't live in a society that classifies thier sexual prefrence. Animals do animal things they don't have morals that guide them like humans do.

There have been studies that were done to prove that animals can be gay. Personally, I don't think that animals can be gay but that is just me.

yea i think my dog is a lez, just yesterday she was trying to hump my arm. she would grab my arm with her paws with some mean force and bite my arm so i cant escape and hump away. shes craZY!!! she scratched me all up and Left me feeling violated while she drank her water and left out side to smoke a cig. i though she loved me but now I'm starting to think she just wants me for my arm ; (

well the the cig part didn't really happen but I've come to the conclusion that my dog is a Lez ; ) ha ha

No. I don't think dogs and cats can be gay, I believe they all were created to be attracted to the opposite sex.

yea screw those people who are down on people being gay...so dumb.
but yes, animals can have gay tendencies. especially depending on the environment they are in/what other animals are around.
if you watch the discovery channel they've had episodes on gay animals in Africa and stuff. And i know for fact that Bonobo chimps are bisexual.
