I feel that I have done something before several times a day. I don't live a very repetitive life, and I tend to do something different each day. Is this very normal?

deja vu is normal. it's because your eyes react different. and one reacts slower than the other. when you dream, only one of the eye captured part of your dream or what you imagined. the other side of your eye, the mind hasnt captured it. therefore you didnt know you dreamt of it. and when you have deja vu, it's when something you see before is familiar to you because the other eye hasnt captured. therefore you think that you've been here before.
example, you see something with your left eye. and your right eye mind hasnt captured it. then you see it with your right eye... you will go "hey that's familiar". and deja vu isnt anyhting bad.

Alot lately! Enough to the point where I'm reading about Reincarnation and past lives. Odd coming from me b/c I really am trying not to believe it. But Somtimes my deja-vu is so vivid I can predict what's going to happen next and I'm looking for answers as to why.
But I think it's normal. Everyone has it to a dregree.
The scientific part of me thinks that our brains imagine so many different things that in time those "imaginary" situations line up with somthing that's happening to us no. So it seems like we been there before. Think about how vivid dreams can be. The other sides of my think it's anything from past life regression to clarivoyance, disruptions in the fabric of time it's self. or just a glitch in the matrix.

I hope this is normal because I think I have been getting deja vu since I was young.

Kind of odd really, but I've taken notice that some of the stuff I've dreamt about in the past (2-3 years prior) are happening now. This much I know because I've been keeping track of dreams that were vivid to me. The stuff that happens doesn't really go exactly as I dreamed (flying and breathing underwater :) but stuff like numbers, strangers, names, discussions and such are spot on.

Maybe a few times a week. Some people say it's nothing special, we just want to feel as if there's something superhuman in humans themselves, but I'm not sure. All I know is that I get it and sometimes I can work out things because I can kind of predict how they're going to go after it hits. Hm.
