I need a 600$ next day loan, or a solution to the problem I am in?

Question

This is how it goes.
My mother and I share one car.
Yesterday she dropped me off at work, then brought the car into the shop, with out asking me.
The cars brakes have been acting up. So thats why she did that.
Anyways the mechnaic fixed the car and is now asking for 600$ down, or else he holds onto the car till I, or she comes up with the money.
I attempted to write him a posted cheak he won't take it.
So now i have to wait till tues for money to come in the mail. Yet I have to get to work every day till tuesday, or else I will be fired.
If I am fired then I can't move. My new land lady said I need to have my money in addition with my mothers to move.
We just sold are trailer, and my mother spent all the other money besides 20$ on bills, and food.
How can I get to work.
IT cost fourty a day, by cab???
I make about 40 dollars a day.
I have no transporation and no where to go. Because my mother is a retarded idiot, that needs to be a mental hospital.

I have no credit and my mother has about a 550 score.

Ask someone you work with for a ride for a week.

Ask a friend to drive you for a week.

Is there a friend with a scooter you can borrow?

Ride a bicycle.

Explain your situation to your boss, he may let you off for a couple of days.

Those are your options.

umm... bank robbery? no no jk. ok, for one, find a really good friend that can give you an occasional ride to work. 'borrow' a bike for when they friend's not availabe, or if your work is far away, pay for the OCCASIONAL cab, or pedal your butt off. pawn whatever you can and get your car back. go 2 bank, use the car or mother as collateral for loan, and get what money you need for the move, or sort out things and pospone the move if you can. tell your mom that she needs to stay out of your affairs and not jump the gun on things you dont have money for (you can send her to a home when you have the dinero) budget wise, eat inexpensive foods like ramen and such. make SURE you pay off your loan!!! or else you lose everything. what kind of job pays $40 a day?? get a better job, man, or if you need, take a leave from school (or whatever else youre doing) to work more hours. TAKE A BUS, NOT A CAB. you may have to wake up earlier, and plan things out bertter, but use bus transfers and save $$. its not too hard to do your own work on your car, get a manual and parts and you can save TONS. poverty is no laughing matter, believe me. save anywhere you can, ask people for money and pay them back and sell your shoes and computer (yes, your computer) if you need to. good luck, and i hope you can get thru this. email me if you want and tell me how it goes.

In many states, it is illegal for an auto shop to proceed with repairs before offering an estimate of the charges and getting approval from the owner to go ahead. If I were you, I'd go see the guy and tell him you were not notified ahead of time about the charges; tell him that you'll see an attorney if he doesn't release your car immediately.

I don't know the whole story, but this could be a shakedown.

Well, forget about God helping you after calling your mom a "retarded idiot" that needs to be in a mental hospital. Sounds to me like she saw the need to have good brakes.
And she paid bills. Good for her.
From what you've said about your mom, ask her what to do, she can probably get you out of the mess it seems to me.

Go to a small loan place they should be able to give you a loan even with no credit and let you pay it back over months...P.S. Interest is going to be bad, but not getting to work is worse.
