Can We clean Out some of the Jails filled with Criminal Mexicans While we are at it?

If that is the case in some areas that might free up some additional funding for homeland security because every community is complaining about filled jails/prisons and the need to build additional capacity. Maybe we can save building and put more into preventing some from coming here.

We should definitely do that. At least it would solve the problem of jail overcrowding.
