My family has been a part of the Free Masons as well as their sister organization (Eastern Stars). I will tell you, my sister is on the path of an Eastern Star and she has four tattoos that are not visible. She is not looked upon any differently. Since my parents, grand parents, back to the greatest of great parents were old school, getting tattoos weren't a big deal. The best thing to do may be to speak with the person who sponsored you or even someone in the organization and see what their response is. They are really nice and really welcoming. There is very little that will offend them. If you have any questions, send me an IM or an email, I can try to help you as best I can without revealing too much. I wish you the best of luck. It's a great organization.

have been at numerous raisings of Master Masons since I was first raised. It is as you should know the inner qualifications of a man not the exterior which are important.
