go google the gulf war, or before that suddam husein tested chemical agents in large quantities on villages of people. Go look up the blood diamond wars that are still going on, I mean look at hiroshima , and nagasaki those are chemical fallouts.
Look at any conflict big or small and you'll find chemical agents.
