Try to concentrate on one thing until it's done, then move on to something else.... Or maybe try to get that thing that made me loose focus out of my mind for awhile..... Care to join me in the gutter sweetie???? LOL..... WTF!!!!!!

I get on Y!A or Dizzay, pick up a book, 360, watch TV, pester hubby.... I do all of these things in a 30 minute span, then I go get a drink.... *sigh*

Sometimes, when I am feeling a little lost, I turn my dancing music on and just DANCE! (I always hope no one is watching - hee hee). I find that it picks me up and gives me a little oomph to get going again.
Feelings can dictate your actions, but if you ACT, your feelings will follow. Good luck. :-)

take a vacation (shut off the tv and radio, stay off the computer, hide the phone) and get some good REM sleep and a few good laughs (maybe a few comic movies) and some good meals.
