you can name more than one.. but the things i have to do is wash my face and brush my teeth ... i cant just lay there... it bugs me if i dont... and i have to have all the doors locked...

haha! you do the same things i do!
1. take a shower-(i wash my face)
2. brush my teeth
3.brush my hair
4. turn down the bed
5. make sure all doors are locked
6. get in bed and make sure my alarm is set
7. watch tv till i knock out!

Yes I have to wash my face, brush my teeth, put on some moisturizer, lock the doors and make sure all the burners on the stove are off !!!!!

Before I go to sleep I do the following:
1. I put my Pj's on.
2. Brush my teeth.
3. Wash my face.
4. Put lotion in my hands.
5. Drink my pills.
6. Take my medicine.
7. Put lip balm on.
8. Kiss my bf good night.
Yeah that's all I do before I go to sleep. :)

Usually I smoke a ciggie, check all the doors and windows, pee, brush my teeth, wash my face, take my clothes off and curl up in bed with a good book, then doze off

after washing face and brushing teeth...I HAVE to make sure all the doors, drawers, curtains everything is closed. IT bugs me and i can't go to sleep if any are open.
