Do they force you to go to summer school or repeat the grade or class next year?

It really depends on which state you live in. Here in Texas you must pass your core classes, reading and math, in order to advance to the next grade. You can attend summer school to recieve your credit and in some cases, even test out to recieve your credit. Talk to your school counselor to see what your options are. My son didn't pass math this year as a freshman, so he would have to take that course over again next year at the same time take the next level of math required. It doesn't make much sense to me. How can you take the next class if you haven't mastered to first class? Oh well. Good luck!

summer school would be your best option but the will not make you repeat the year but you will have to retake class or you will be a half a credit short

You won't receive the credit for that course. You can make it up the next year or in summer school because you should want the credit for having to sit in that stuffy old classroom for a year;)

Actually, the school will truck you to the glue factory, where you will be ground up and converted into raw material for glue making due to your shameful performance
