depends on what size you are to begin with. If you are really small and go up a few cup sizes then they may feel hard, but if you have something to work with no matter how much you increase they usually feel the same as natural ones.
My uncle is a plastic surgeon, mostly for reconstructive purposes.

I never got the chance to compare. I imagine the fake ones are a little firmer.

do mean if your holding somebody else's or if they are hanging from your own chest. there's gotta be a huge difference... no pun intended.
