Tonight we're having fresh bread with steaks from the grill, broccoli and augratin potatoes.
But as far as my best dish in would be...grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and a side veggie. Or homemade mac and cheese..mmm.

Same with me. I've decided to make at least 1 new recipe each week to build my skills. I've been going to allrecipes.com and looking up things to make. I'm most comfy with making cornbread muffins from scratch for now, so I guess that's whats good in my kitchen- until I learn more!

Tonight's dinner will be..Corned Beef Brisket, baked potato (all the way) & artichoke w/ melted butter. Don't tell my Mother-in Law but, my husband says I'm a better cook. Wanna come over for dinner?

You're still invited for dinner, Billy. We have lasagne and a garden salad. For desert we have cookies (double delight choc!) with coffee. It is winter in the Southern Hemisphere, you will need the coffee. Your place is being set as we speak...

About 90% of whatever I cook. (The other 10% involves trying to bake bread) I recommend the veal and lobster.

I'm just taking a peek Billy. I'm never cooking again - I want to see who does so I can go eat with them.
