The first day I saw my children's mother. I was so moved that I eventually left my fiance at the time and had two children with this girl. I remember thinking how perfect she was and how perfect life would be with her.

The day I left Vietnam . I was flying back from a fire base and I just looked at the landscape which resembled the moon with its craters from B52 strikes . I said to myself Ill never forget this day !

My one and only is 2 days after my daughter was born, i was holding her while she cried (colic) and i felt this over whelming sense of love and protectiveness. The most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me, besides her birth that feeling tops everything that has ever happened to me
