Looks like p0171 code is a lean exhaust mixture. Most likely just an O2 sensor. You could try replacing the O2 sensors and if you are still having that code I would take it to a shop to narrow it down.

and I just found out that it could be an injector or dirty MAF as well. You really might want to consider having a tech look at this to find out for sure what it is.

The absolute first thing to do is to replace the air and fuel filters as they could be plugged to the point that the motor is running lean. The next thing to check is to be sure there are no vacuum leaks in the motor. Then go through all of the plug wires, coil towers, and spark plugs to see if there are anything worn out or filled with corrosion. If all that is okay, I would suspect a fuel pump that is about to give out. Good luck.

To lean cylinder on bank one. could have a bad fuel injector. check with OHM meter.Could also be a defective driver in the computor for that injector.
