Since one year ago, water comes from faucets with some black oil like dusts. We do not have water filter and dish washer is rarely used. Please does anyone had this kind of problem before? Any suggestion is welcome.

I recommend a 'whole house' filter. One with a charcoal filter cartridge will remove the smallest of particles, and often improve the overall taste and smell of the water too.

Locate the filter where the water comes into your home, this way, all the water is filtered, helping to keep your clothes clean, your bathing water, etc... it may also help reduce wear and tear on certain appliances (washing machine pumps, or dishwashers, for example, can be damaged by foreign particles in the water).

Now...after installing the filter, you need to flush the lines in the home, to get rid of all the 'contanimated' water. If you are still seeing these particles after this... then the problem is IN your home's plumbing, and you will need to take a hard look at it, with consideration of replacing it. (Tap filters can also be used to help further purify drinking water... this might be a good idea, if you use a paper 'sediment' filter in the 'whole house' filter system, and then a charcoal filter at the tap.)

Good Luck

1. you should call your water company
2. you should get your pipes checked
3. you should get a water filter
4. if u don't get a water filter then boil you water every time you want to drink it cause it boils out the bacteria and all that gross stuff.
hope this helps! GOOD LUCK!

You need to call your water company. Boil all of your water before drinking it.
