First handicap "Retarded" US president.

Not that it's a good accomplishment, but he's succeeded in
luring in conservative churchgoers into a
"merger" of church and state, though voting for Bush hasn't seriously helped their interests.
By preaching on and on about abortion and gay marriage, extreme reactionary leaders lead their flocks to think that those are the only issues, then they're lured in by the GOP with "tax cuts." (Which are mostly given to those that could be paying for the Iraq war) . That combination has led more middle class Americans to slide down closer to poverty, while big corps are able to outsource, downsize, layoff, hire new part timers with no benefits, charge higher prices and pay less, Rip us ALL off, then they're also brainwashed by someone that the fault of all this lies in people "below" you, for example immigrants, ,minorities, "white trash", welfare recipients (who are usually sindle women with children).
You folks just might need your social security and you have enjoyed the public schools, as limited as they are trying to educate EVERYBODY, even very difficult children.
But Bush has you thinking that since he's on your side in Armageddon, let's "bring it on". And if somebody doesn't foot the bill, if the "small-government/low-taxes)" talker is in charge, bye bye Soc. Sec. check. Bye bye Medicaire.

His greatest feat has been to get so much support from mid, lower mid and poor classes of people who are voting against their own interests.

Hmm, well, the economy's up, unemployment is down, we took down a tyrannical regime that was torturing its people, Iraq now has a democracy, Saddam Hussein is dead....just to name a few. Not to mention that there are hundreds of Iraqis that are somewhat safer now than they were under the Hussein regime. Oh yeah, and we're killing as many terrorists as we can...yep, i'd say he has some accomplishments. America would too, considering they elected him twice.

Oh, and there have been no more attacks on American soil.

Following 9/11 he stood strong when the Nation was scared and made some hard decisions in order to keep the country from panic. The country stood United (for awhile) with an approval rate of over 80% in his and congress's action.

Maybe it is a decisive issue today, but when the chips were down and our nation was in shock, he took action, and the nation recovered rather quickly.

He kept us from being attacked again since 9/11 which was shortly after Clinton left office.

Clinton left a note on his desk-- "Here's Monica's number just in case. I'm takin' my cigars with me. Oh, and the CIA said somethin' about some terrorists. Well, it's all yours! Have fun.--Billy C."

I think it's a tie between dividing the country and helping the democratic party gain control of congress and the White House (in 2008).
