I walk in the back door, kick the barking dog, slap the kids, then punch my wife, grab the remote and relax....
How can someone answer that question? Everyday is different..some days the family is waiting for me in the driveway so we can leave to a dinner party, park, etc..It all depends what is on the schedule that day, work schedule, kids activity's....If you actually do the same thing everyday when you get home if feel a little sorry for you, that sounds like your not living life to its fullest.

I unlock the door, take of my bicycle helmet and gloves and I have a glass of water while I look through my mail.

Unload my stuff - empty my pockets and change into comfortable at home clothes !
