that needs to be turned off afterward and I dont know how to do this. Is there a special tool for it-or is it just knowing where to turn it off?

I don't know the absolute answer to this. My g/f had a Grand Am that had the same thing. Check your owners manual or find someone with a like car to check theirs if you dont have one. With the Grand Am it gave instructions in the owners manual on how to reset the light. I would thing Honda would do the same. If I find something else I will update.

EDIT: Found the steps to turn it off

This light cannot be turned off without an expert.
But oil change can be done by yourself (I do mine) and it has nothing to do with this light!
It might be a coincidence!
