I never said that Bush did anything illegal... here. I said that I smell a scandal. He's REFUSING to hand over documents. REFUSING!!! That says a lot right there.

The scandal is how much this presidency has stuffed the courts and government agencies with unqualified hacks and partisans who bow to every request the White House (Carl Rove) makes.
The BIG question is whether the Supreme Court will stand up with Congress to reign them in.
Because if this goes that far and fails...then can we even hope for any (election) law to be enforced?
