Definitely Yoda. He's the Jedi Master. And always in control. Vader is too emotional.

Yoda, without a doubt. After seeing him bounce around that cave like a pinball, I think he could easily take Vader. Plus, he thinks about every thing he does before he does it, and isn't blinded by arrogance as we've seen Vader(Anikin) become.
Not the type of question I normally answer, but a fun one.

I can't believe I am answering this...
YODA, because he is not as Irrational as Vader.
He thinks deeply & contemplates all moves before he makes them & all underlying feelings/reasons behind his & others' actions. ☺
