Ok, I'm about to make a video on youtube about the iPhone, saying you shouldn't buy it and it's a waste of time, because I did research to prove my point. I want to be funny and have a good video, but I'm not sure if this is something i can get sued for or if it's something i can post on youtube without worrying.

They could come after you for saying something that was factually false. They can not do anything to you for expressing your opinion of a product.

Study the terms of service. Is the stuff that is posted YOUR property or the ISP responsibility?

We live in a lawsut happy world. We can be sued for things that we thought were quite innocent.

I guess the risk of lawsuit is dependent on two factors:
(a) The degree to which the company thinks YOU have deep pockets they can empty ... lose your home, car, bank account, business, etc.
(b) The degree to which the company thinks a lot of people are looking at what you did, and on that basis not buying their product or service.

Yes, you're opening yourself up for a (slander) lawsuit. If you're going to do this, your sources of research and info better be rock solid. Get some corporate legal advice before doing this. They can tell you how to (word) it properly so that you won't get sued.
