Heck Yeah! I raised 4 children and have 11 grandchildren!
My oldest daughter's favorite saying was "Talk to the hand"
I figured it out though!!! If a kids mouth is open they can't hear you! the jaw bone appears to shut the opening to the ear drum!!!!!!!

Everytime I talk to my boyfriend or my other, they will ask me a question, not listen to my response then ask me the same question 30 minutes later. They drive me insane and I do not know how they are able to make plans with eachother!
