How exciting!
Some neat advice that I like to give is this:
When your infant is crying, please understand that it is not to manipulate you. They cry to communicate their needs. And a lot of the time, she will JUST NEED TO BE HELD. It is part of her make-up. Don't fight it & things will go smoother.
Ignoring babies' cries only teaches them that their caregivers will not or cannot take care of their needs. It will result in an insecure child.
Needs being met in infancy affect people into adulthood!!! It makes them who they are & how they will react to others & how they will treat others.
Oh & sometimes when the baby won't stop crying, rub her all over. She may have itchy skin or something. I always think of how awful it would be not to be able to scratch an itch!!! lol

Congratulations! I know you are very excited. Giving birth/motherhood is such a beautiful thing and a wonderful experience. I am about 38 weeks along, with my first child, and I can't wait myself. I found out that I am having a boy. I wish you the best of luck with your baby. : )

congratulations. It is always so exciting to find out the sex of the baby. That way you know what to buy in the stores instead of just walking down the baby aisle dreaming of what you might buy for the baby.

Congratulations and have fun with her!! I have 2 girls myself and love every minute of it. Girls are so sweet! I'm sure boys are too but all I have is girls right now.

invest in chastity belts ans shot guns LOL good luck i have 2 girls and love every min i have with them but this time we are hoping for a BOY!
