Putin, Chavez, and other socialists adopt the same measures. Last I check we are still a democratic nation, let's try and keep it that way. I am open to any talk radio (liberal/moderate/conservative) on the dial, I don't need the government tell me what to listen to.

I agree. The liberals are free to get a show on the radio, they just all fail.

Like Air America, bankruptcy is the only thing in store for liberal talk radio.

There was a case in the early 1970s -- it was 1971 I think -- called FCC v. Red Lion Publishing, or something like that. The Supreme Court's decision was unanimous on that occasion. I'd recommend that you find it and read it.

It is a free enterprise system, station owners are running a business, the should not have a format forced on them.. If a station owner wants a liberal format that is his decision..

It does not follow the First Amendment. "Fairness" is not a word found in the Constitution.
