Take it to a tire shop. Most of them have tools that can be used to remove wheel locks. Or you can buy the tool yourself from an auto parts store.

You can break out the welding torch. You will most likely have to burn the lock off. I hope that you can get another key.

You might be able to heat the lock up enough to break free of the rust, and use a new key to get it off.

Don't be surprised though if you have to burn the lock off and replace the wheel stud. The last time I burned off a wheel lock, I was lucky enough to not mess up the threads on the wheel stud. Take it to a shop and have it done, if you don't have a cutting torch. good luck.

If you can find it in your area, find something called a Gator-Grip. It's a 3/8 drive socket with a bunch of spring loaded pins in it that mold themselves around the contours of whatever you are trying to move. They usually sell them at Wal-Mart and Autozone.

Thieves have used them to steal wheels with wheel locks on them.

Afterwards, its a handy little tool to keep around. They also work great on things such as bolts and nuts that the heads have stripped out on.
