In my condo complex, I went to dry a load of laundry and caught some guy opening random dryers and sniffing women's underoos.
Should I call the cops? Post a warning note to other users?

I'd back out of the laundromat slowly, talk to the manager of the complex, and advice all my neighbors and ask that they spread the word.

Eeuuww..tell your landlord & maybe tell the women you see that you saw this creep-o being pervy. If you see him do it again, then call the cops--& go do your laundry elsewhere :D
