They were just lucky that their bats didn't break all the time!

Our Yankees were 1 f***in' strike away from the World Series and your stupid Red Sox took that away by cheating!! Obviously it's too late to change the results but that's what I believe happened!

What about Curt Schilling? His "bleeding" ankle was a load of bullsh**! He was obviously hiding in his sock, a substance in that altered the performance of the baseball!

And David Ortiz...
He admitted to taking steroids as a kid! How do we know he wasn't taking them in 2004?

What about the 2003 ALCS?
How do we know the Red Sox were trying to cheat then? Aaron Boone was the one who foiled their plans for the World Series. At least they caught the Red Sox in the act that year!

Were you able to figure that out all by yourself? You have asked this very same question before, do you just throw it in every few weeks?

The Yankees were never one strike away from going to the 2004 World Series. Bill Mueller was the second batter on the 9th inning for Boston when he drove in Dave Roberts. After that, the Yankees only led for 2 more full innings in the whole ALCS (6 & 7 of game 5; the Red Sox took the lead back in the 8th). Just because the Yankees choked is no reason to be a sore loser. Going into the series, many people felt Boston was the better team anyway. If you want to talk about cheating, take a look at what ARod did to Bronson Arroyo in game 6 when he knocked the ball out of his hand.

You might as well talk about 2004, Because The New
York Yankees are not even going to make the playoffs
in 2007. the yankees spent what 28 mill for Roger and
he only has 1 win so far? A-Rod will be with The Red Sox
next year and Marino Riviera will Retire same as Joe torre
And How about that Scott Proctor walking the bases loaded
then walking in the winning run

Boy Yankee fans are bitter about how badly the highest paid team in baseball is playing! Can't even play .500 ball this year! LOL

Add on: LOL Davis Ortiz NEVER SAID HE TOOK STEROIDS!!! He said that he wasn't sure that if the OVER the counter protein drinks he drank would be considered legal by today's rules! And for the people that don't know in order for steroids to be effective you have to keep taking them! So if someone hasn't taken them in say a year your body will not have any added advantage from what you took in the past!

Your an idiot, this is the most ridiculous question I have ever answered on here. Our bats were corked, huh very interesting. This coming from a Yankee fan, where the manager can't manage his team right, the players have all gone to **** {but at least their still the highest payed team in the MLB}and your team is 11 games out of first place.Have the Yankees really lost two games to the Orioles??Sad.I would love to know where you read that Ortiz actually took steroids when he was a kid, please send me that website info.He never said for sure that he did.Your a jackass dude.

Believe what you like. It's too bad you can't accept that with the best post season closer of all time on the mound and being up 3 games to none and with only 3 measly outs to go that your team .....CHOKED!!!!

Funny that you bring up the thing about Steroids when you consider that two proven steriod users(Giambi & Sheffield) were major player on your team.

Also you want to talk about cheating what was that stunt A-Rod pulled running down first base and trying to knock the ball out of the first baseman's glove.

Yankee sportsmanship showing up once again.

Stop being a bitter Yankee fan and get over yourself!!!!
That was 2004. We are currently in 2007and I don't think the Yankees will even make the playoffs....even with Roger Clemens help....another 100 mil down the drain.....

Nope, the yankees choked and your teams the one with the cheaters-Giambi, probly Gay-Rod, and Jeter is the most overrated player in baseball.
The ed Sox deserved that win more than anyone and you know it.
How Many Games Back?

Come on, I'm a Yankees fan and even I don't agree with you. Yankees just died down, they just ran out of luck. Although I do have to agree with you on the Ortiz comment, and how do we know that he isn't taking them today? I've always wondered about Ortiz and steroids, how come nobody ever questions him about it? All he does is hit.

what a load of sshit cmon even scientists say a corked bat only makes the ball go like 5 ft further. you think 5 ft would have made you guys win a game. cmon and maybe you should be cryin about the 11 games back you are. lol even the blue jays are 2 games ahead of you.
