That depends. Certainly the one, where the most valuable painting, Leonardo's "Lady with the Ermine", is exhibited, is the Czartoryski Museum. But for instance, an excellent collection of wall tapestry is exhibited in the Wawel Castle itself. You have to decide, which type of fine art suits you best.

The biggest is defiantly the National Museum(main building) http://www.muz-nar.krakow.pl/?L=1, but I agree that Museum Czartoryskich is even better. However in Wawel Castle there are also some outstanding pieces of art like tapestries from sixteenth century.

I believe the main one you are thinking about is Czartoryski Museum. It has a lot of great and beautiful paintings, and its most valuable one is Leonardo Davinci's. Great museum and I think this is the one you are talking about. Hope this helps.
