Did you mean out of everybody, or just celebrities?
Also did you mean for personality or just for looks?
If out of everybody then my answer is:
Unknown to all of us... do you know why? There will always be a more attractive person than those in the press, on magazines, and in the public eye. Most of the time those in the public eye are airbrushed in magazines to make them look perfect and made-up before the camera so every "sexiest" pole is a waste of time... (apart from those ones in FHM)
Ok, so beauty is judged by the eye of the beholder... but.. I bet if there was no such thing as celebrity and every person in this world was put onto a photo directory whereby everyone else had to vote for who they thought was the most attractive looking the people who would be top of the list would never have known about celebrity.
In that case, my personal opinion of who are the most attractive male and female (and this is personality as much as looks) is as follows:
Female: a girl called Cathleen who lives in the Philippines
Male: Still probably Bradd Pitt.

I think that the most attractive males include Viggo Mortensen, Matthew McConaghey, George Clooney, Sting, and Richard Gere. I don't pay much attention to females, though.:)
