I would use it to benefit myself just like it was any other talent.

Dependent on the superpower.
Like if the superpower was to murder people by
metamorphosis or something, it'll be for evil.
If it was to heal people, I would use it for good.
I would prefer using the healing to heal myself
and metamorphosis to murder in the shadows.
So, it'll be evil for good and evil superpowers.

For good, no doubt about it. I mean I'd probably have my struggles with temptations as did any other super hero throughout the ages, but I feel fairly confident I could overcome those urges, that way I could shut down all the other apparant villains who say they'd use them for evil.

Both;
On weekdays I would be covered in red hot pokers and be known as the 'Griller' and incinerate the living flesh of all baddies.
Then at the weekend I would invite friends and family around for a barbecue....

It really depend on what the superpower was.

I'd have different uses for the choices.
Evil - Making shadow clones, invisibility, element (like fire and stuff) attacks. etc.
Good - Speed, flying etc.
