Yes by April the chick that was being abused by her husband and Paul and his momma took her and the girl in. I think Heather has to be in her mid to late twenties now. She was born way before Daniel and even Lauren's son.
To the person who asked about Isabela's son Ricky. He lives with Isabella's parents in Los Angeles because Isabela was committed to a mental institution.

Paul had a daughter Heather with a woman by the name of April.Soaps really tend to age people,so my guess is that Heather would be about 25 yrs old.

I didn't know that neither until I read the spoiler and I think she would be about my age maybe, she came on the show in the early 80's. Oh and by the way I'm 22.

Back in Paul's wild past when he was a teen, right around the time he gave Nikki VD, he had a daughter with a girl by the name of April Stevens. April didn't tell him he was the baby's father til long after she was born. Back then, Paul was a troubled teen. It wasn't until he went under cover to help his father, who was a cop, get out of trouble with the mob that he straightened out his life and became a PI shortly after that.

I think he had a daughter with the girl that Eva Longoria used to play back in the days, I was really young and don't reemember too many details but I read about her character in Y&R... it all wen't down around the time that Michael Baldwin was trying to woooo Christine Blair from Paul.
