laptop help for bios settings?

i have a laptop computer packard bell but i cant get in to the bios settings i press f2 but all it keeps doing is beeping can you help me

Try pressing F1, F2 or Del. One of those will get into it. Don't push them too much or else you will get a keyboard error.
