when does the summer sales end in milan, brussels and amsterdam?

Amsterdam does not have a set time for the sales anymore.
Some shops will have summer sale before the summer, others will have it in the summer holiday season.
So just try your luck.

In Brussels they will end at the end of July.

Sorry, I live in Brussels and I don't know the dates for Amsterdam or Milan :-)
