30 seconds of music..?

Hi,
I want to open a music information site and want to know if use 30 seconds of each music is legal?
Can I use 30 seconds of all musics i talk about and have no problems with law??

You might still have trouble since you are still using part of the song. If you have a totally free program with no advertisements, you MIGHT be able to get away with it since you are not profiting from using the music.

using 30 seconds of music is legal as long as you site your source of where you got the music and who produced it.
