I'd have to say "pissed off of." At least one would not be soaked in urine.

Pissed on. Anger is detrimental to the well being of any individual. Finding ways to rid yourself of it makes for a much happier life.

definately pissed on, that way you can just wash it off....being pissed off..it takes time to get rid of that feeling. lol

No real need to be either.
Everyone gets frustrated and angry at times especially when done dirty; its just human nature; but you don't have to blow your top.
Use your mind; don't lose it.
