She may be cheating but you shouldn't get in the middle of it. Sure, if he is a good friend then tell him but other than that, keep out of it.

Is it a one time thing or does it keep going on? Everyone stumbles...to continue to do it is a reason for a divorce.

Not enough info. There is alot of factors before making a decision. What does he want? Does he love her enough to forgive and fix what is wrong in the marriage? People don't cheat for nothing. Something was wrong long before she had an affair.
