I usually wear sneakers with socks so when I take my shoes off I am wearing socks. My house is no shoes house and I almost always walk around in socks. When I visit other people I take my shoes off whether it is a rule or not. I feel that if I require people to take their shoes off in my house I should always do the same in their home.

I don't like to wear socks because i wear those flat shoes that look like ballerina slippers without the string. But i wear cool socks if i know people are going to be seeing them.

I always wear socks unless I am wearing sandals. If I know I am going somewhere I have to take them off, I'll be sure to not wear sandals.

No. I avoid wearing socks if I can. Here in Scandinavia it is customary to remove shoes when entering a private residence. Always.

No. I have regular pedicures so my feet are not a source of embarrassment for me at all. If I`ll be trying on shoes that require socks I wear them, otherwise I`m okay with barefeet or sandals.

One never knows when one may be required to remove his/her shoes . My solution to this dilemma is to spray paint my feet black . I can go out barefoot this way and people think I`m wearing black boots .
Or , I can walk into someone`s house , and they think I took my shoes off , and am walking around in my black socks .
It`s the best of both worlds !

Fifteen years ago yes, I always wore sneakers and socks. Since I moved to Florida, no. In fact, during summer I try only to wear flip flops.

No....like when I go bowling, I always wear flip flops, and then just pack a pair of socks in my purse.
